UPDATE: Obasanjo Says APC Is The Best Thing For Nigeria

President Olusegun Obasanjo
on Saturday openly threw his
weight behind Nigeria's leading
opposition party the All
Progressives Congress, APC,
when the top national leaders
and governors of the party
visited him, in his residence in
Abeokuta, the Ogun State
capital.
APC leader, Bola Tinubu,
appealed to Obasanjo to join
them in the mission to rescue
Nigeria:
"You’ve come out of tribulation
and held the highest position in
this country. We are here
because of your courage.
Nobody can say he has
information more than you . You
have surmounted a number of
crises. Nigeria is divided more
than before; to realise stable
Nigeria, we want to encourage
you to continue to speak the
truth. We’re resolved and
determined to rescue Nigeria.
We want you as navigator."
The APC leaders and governors
at the meeting solicited
Obasanjo’s support in the
forthcoming elections.
Presenting the party chieftains
and governors to Obasanjo at
the opening of the meeting, Bisi
Akande said the APC is in
support of the former
president’s 18-page letter to
President Goodluck Jonathan.
The APC national leader,
Tinubu who alluded to
Obasanjo’s contribution to the
building of the Nigerian nation,
lamented that the country is
divided under President
Jonathan more than ever.
I hear Gen Muhammadu Buhari
was encouraged to work
closely with Obasanjo on all
issues.
Responding, Obasanjo
described himself as an
“incurable optimist” who is
committed to the good of
Nigeria. He vowed that nothing
would distract him from his
commitment to the Nigerian
nation.
The former president said, “I
am a card carrying member of
the PDP but the politics I play
traverses Nigeria, Africa and
world in that order. I am a
democrat and one of the
essential ingredients of
democracy is opposition. A
democracy that has no
opposition built into it is not
democracy.
“As an opposition, you are
enhancing democracy. You are
at home, you are welcome."
At the end of their meeting, one
of those present, Fani-Kayode
told Punch that, “The ex-
president told us that APC has
taken the first step in the right
direction towards making
Nigeria great. It was an
excellent meeting.”

How Student, 23, Was Kidnapped In Kogi, Found In Lagos A Week Later

John
Atabor
John Atabor, a 23-year-old,
300 level Civil
Engineering student of the
Federal
Polytechnic, Idah, Kogi
State, was
kidnapped on Tuesday,
November 19,
2013, and released by his
captors a week
later, on November 26.
In the afternoon of
November 19, Mr. Atabor
left his hostel, and, as he
walked down the
road within his campus, an
ash-coloured
Mercedes car with four
male passengers
suddenly pulled up beside
him and called his
attention. As there were
other students
nearby, Mr. Atabor obliged
them.
"That was all I could
remember," he recalls.
"Even before I got to the
campus gate, I was
not myself anymore. I
began to think that I
must have been
hypnotised."
Mr. Atabor also says that,
despite other
students' presence nearby,
he could not call
for help, and no one raised
the alarm.
"We drove out of the
campus' gate... and
that was how my journey to
Lagos began."
According to Mr. Atabor,
the four men took
him to Lagos, where they
locked him up in
an unknown building.
"I didn't know where I was,
and I was not
allowed to come out for any
reason."
One night, one of the
abductors came to his
cubicle and asked him if he
would still find
his way back.
"It was then that I realised
that I was still
alive and in this world,
because where I was
kept, it was difficult to hear
any sound.
Where I was kept, I was
only given water
and bread. Most times, I
would be asleep
and just wake up to see the
food there. I
never saw the person who
brought the
food. That still remains a
mystery," the
young man says.
The next morning, the same
man returned
to him and informed he
would be on his
way home before nightfall.
"He gave me the phone and
told me to call
anyone I wanted to come
pick me. The first
name that came to mind
was my father's,
and I called him. He wanted
to know where
I was and after asking the
people around, I
informed him that I was in
Alaba Suru in
Ojo, Lagos State," Atabor
says.
His father, Paul Garuba
Atabor, was ecstatic
to hear his son. When he
got the details, he
called his brother, a soldier
serving at the
Ojo Barracks.
"My brother went to Alaba
Suru armed and
eventually saw John Atabor
alive without
bruises. I give unequivocal
thanks to God for
His goodness," the father
says.
"When I got the news of my
son's ordeal, I
tried to think about
someone who I must
have offended, but I could
not remember
anyone. The only
alternative I came up with
was to give praise to God
and engage in
prayer sessions for as long
as the ordeal
lasted."
The elder Atabor recalled
that he made
several phone calls to
relations and friends
within and outside Kogi
State, letting them
know what had happened to
his son.
The thanks-giving service
organised in
honour of the returned
Atabor-junior was
well-attended. Joyous
worshippers
thronged to the church,
where they piled
into the pew of the Saint
Mary Immaculate
Catholic Cathedral Lokoja,
Kogi State and
joined the Atabors in
thanking God.
The father revealed that he
could not
estimate how much was
spent, but
remained ever grateful to
God for his
mercies.

Poor Woman Killed Baby Boy In Lagos Over Inability To Raise Him

A Lagos-based squatter,
petty trader named
Titilayo Odedele has been
charged for killing
her 2-year-old baby boy
over poverty.
She was charged with the
murder of her
own son at the Ebute- Meta
chief magistrate
court, in Lagos, western
Nigeria. Her plea
was not taken today.
The woman, a squatter in
one of the white
garment churches in
Ajagunro-Imota
Ikorodu in Ikorodu local
Government area of
Lagos state was alleged to
have killed her
two year-old son due to her
inability to raise
the boy alone.
The woman claimed she
had not seen the
father of the boy since his
birth. She was
caught by a herbalist while
she was
strangulating the boy in a
bush very close to
the church. The herbalist
was said to be
working on a farm. The
man arrested the
woman and raised an
alarm. The woman
was later handed over to
the police.
Odedele was thereafter
arraigned before
the court on a count charge
of murder
under section 221 of the
criminal code.
She has been ordered to be
remanded in
Kirikiri prisons pending the
advice of the
director of public
prosecution.
Her case has been
adjourned till Feb 3rd,
2014 for hearing.

Nelson Mandela Died In June; Family Finally Admit

Nelson Mandela’s funeral
was planned a year ago.
The Nelson Mandela family
has finally admitted that
Nelson Mandela is dead by
announcing on December
5th (2013) that the former
leader of South Africa is no
longer with us.
The charade began in June
of 2013, and Guardian
Express has maintained
Mandela has been deceased
since we were informed of
his passing in June via one
of our reporters embedded
in South Africa. That
reporter had received a text
message from her close
friend who works for the
South African News which
stated that Mandela had
died the night prior.
Since June, The Guardian
Express has come under
attack; first from a “denial
of service” attack which
shut the site down on and
off for three days right after
we published the news that
Mandela had died. That
denial of service attack was
traced back to South Africa.
The Guardian Express was
also attacked by people
denying that the Nelson
Mandela family was
carrying on a charade.
However, we stood by and
continue to stand by our
account that Mandela was
declared permanently brain
dead with total organ failure
in June of 2013. Now,
today, the family has finally
decided to give up their
charade.
We sent an additional
reporter to South Africa who
returned with an audio
recording of two top
government officials
confirming the fact that
Mandela was totally brain
dead and was declared so
on June 11. However, his
family refused to turn off the
life support machines
hooked up to his body.
Thus, the family could keep
him artificially “alive.” Their
motive? To settle a huge
lawsuit against Mandela’s
estate.
It was revealed that
Mandela’s family was suing
him for control of his estate
and since it is impossible to
sue a dead person, it seems
Mandela had to be kept
“alive” with machines until a
resolution could be found for
the lawsuit. Thus far, there
is no word on whether that
lawsuit had been settled, but
there are already many
speculations in the press
that this announcement
today will begin the battles
over the Mandela estate
afresh.
The Mandela daughters and
granddaughters have shown
a good deal of greed when
it comes to Mandela’s
legacy. It has been reported
that their fighting over his
money got so bad that
Mandela “lost faith” in his
daughters and worried that
their concern over money
was overshadowing their
concern for family harmony.
The Mandela funeral was
planned a year in advance,
according to reports. The
funeral date is set for
December 14 and there is a
comprehensive schedule of
events leading up to that
date. The Mandela family
has finally given up their
charade which they have
been carrying on since June
and have admitted the
former South African leader
is dead. – The Guardian

How To Eliminate womanly Odor

It is normal and healthy for
you to have some womanly
odor. However, strong
womanly odor can be the
result of douching,
excessive washing, wearing
clothes that are too tight
and certain chemicals in
your soaps, among other
things. This strong odor
can be embarrassing. If you
personally feel that the
smell is too strong, here are
some tips on how to
eliminate womanly odor.
1- Identify any infections. If
you want to stop womanly
ordor in its tracks, you need
to figure out what's causing
it first. The most common
source of womanly odor is
an infection. This can range
from yeast infections, to
bacterial infections, to
STDs/STIs. The best
practice to make sure that
this is not the case is to go
to the doctor and have them
check you out. That said,
there are a few different
ways you can gauge if this
is your problem:
If you have a lot of chunky
white discharge, you
probably have a yeast
infection. Medicine for this
can be found easily at any
drugstore and many grocery
stores.
You might contract a
bacteria infection if you
don't practice proper toilet
etiquette. Do you wipe front
to back or back to front?
Wiping back to front
introduces bacteria into
your womanliness and can
cause infections.
If you think you might have
contracted an STD/STI, just
go to the doctor to get
tested. This is the kind of
thing you need to know for
sure, for your own safety
and that of those around
you.
2- Check for imbalances.
The womanliness is kind of
like a rich ecosystem.
Everything has to exist in
perfect balance, and that
balance can be really easily
upset. If you use soap,
antibacterial, take baths
that are too hot, go in pools
frequently, use scented
pads, use lotion too close
to your womanliness, don't
change your underwear
often enough or use
underwear of the wrong
material, or a large number
of other things, you can
cause your little ecosystem
to get totally out of whack.
Basically, avoid using those
things and just be very
careful about washing every
day with water (no soap!)
and wearing clean clothes.
3- Embrace your natural
odor. Lots of women don't
like the way that their
womanliness smells, but if
you ask their boyfriends
those guys will say they
love it! Don't underestimate
your natural odor. You
might associate it with
being unclean, but....do I
really have to tell you what
guys associate that smell
with? They don't want you
to smell like flowers down
there, they want you to
smell like...er....well...you.
If you've figured out that
your smell isn't caused by
an imbalance or an
infection and that it's really
just how YOU smell, you
should probably consider
coming to live with it and
embrace it.
4 - Consider that maybe it's
him! Certain intimate
practices can also cause
womanly odor, either from
his bacteria colonizing your
body or just the smell of
sex itself. Nevermind if
you're taking the intimate
practices outside of
Missionary 101. Consider if
this is the reason you smell
different and take whatever
measures you believe are
warranted.
Just going to put it out
there: putting it in your butt
and then putting it in your
womanliness is a TERRIBLE
idea. At least switch
condoms between these
activities.
5 - Check for foreign
objects. You know, it
happens: sometimes you
just forget you have a
tampon in there. Sometimes
the occasional condom (or
piece of) gets left behind.
These things can cause an
odor as your body tries to
get rid of the object. Check
for objects and get them
out!
Leaving tampons and padsno
on for too long can also
cause smells, even after
they've finally been
changed. Change them
frequently to avoid that.

WONDERFUL!! Check-out World Most Expensive Bra For N1.6 Billion!!!

After seeing this bra worth
$10 million – which is
protected by two
bodyguards, that sweaty
sports bra just won’t cut it.
Wednesday marked the big
reveal for Victoria’s Secret,
when the lingerie giant
unveiled its 2013 Fantasy
Bra as well as the Victoria’s
Secret model wearing it,
who will be Candice
Swanepoel.
Swanepoel, the 23-year-old
South African model, will
don the “Royal Fantasy
Bra,” worth $10 million, for
the 2013 holiday catalog as
well as the annual
Victoria’s Secret Fashion
Show, set to air Dec. 10.
"I’ve never worn anything
this pricey, and we have to
put gloves on when we put
it on," Swanepoel told
People. "It’s kind of a big
ordeal. The bra comes with
two bodyguards and we
have to handle it with a lot
of care!"
This year, the Fantasy Bra
and matching belt were
designed by jeweler
Mouawad. The ensemble is
adorned with more than
4,200 gems from around
the world including rubies,
diamonds and yellow
sapphires. The bra also is
hand-set in 18-carat gold
with a 52-carat ruby in the
center, according to a press
release.
Swanepoel also added that
the designer had to make a
mold of her body to craft
the bra.
This is Swanepoel’s first
time wearing the bra, which
has been worn by legendary
models like Tyra Banks,
Gisele Bundchen, Heidi
Klum, Miranda Kerr, Adriana
Lima and Claudia Schiffer.
Last year, Alessandra
Ambrosio donned the
million-dollar bra, which
was worth a fraction of this
year’s design, at $2.5
million. Still, though, this
year’s is not the most
expensive; The priciest bra
ever, the “Red Hot Fantasy
Bra,” was worn by
Bundchen in 2000 and cost
a whopping $15 million.
The bra, which is marketed
as the ultimate holiday gift
by Victoria’s Secret parent
company, Limited Brands
Inc., has never sold since
1996, when the concept
was first introduced,
according to the Wall Street
Journal. The 1996 Fantasy
bra was worn by Claudia
Schiffer and cost $1 million,
the cheapest one ever. It
emerged for the first time
on the runway during the
annual show in 2001, when
Heidi Klum wore the

2013.
The father of the boy, Mr
Offiong Edem, a
staff of College of Health
Technology, Calabar
said he took his family to
the church to
thank God for his goodness
to him in 2013.
He said after the service
which was also the
church’s Thanksgiving Day,
he went to work
and left Victor in company
of his wife,
Angelica and his other son,
Samuel but was
later informed that Victor
had gone missing.
He said: “I do work on

Mother of the missing boy

12 arrested for setting Catholic church building ablaze (SEE PHOTO)

The Parish Priest of Our Lady of
Fatima Catholic Church, Nkpor in
Idemili North Local Government
Area of Anambra State, near
Onitsha, Rev. Fr. Martin Onukwuba
and another priest-in-residence,
Rev. Fr. Ben Oguejieofor,
yesterday, escaped death by
whiskers when some suspected
arsonists invaded the church
premises and set the priests’
house ablaze.
The incident, according to
sources, occurred while Fr.
Onukwuba was celebrating a
morning mass inside the main
church building, while Fr.
Oguejiofor was in the fathers’
house.
It was not yet clear, at press time,
who the arsonists were but the
police at Ogidi Division have
arrested no fewer than 12
suspects, including some workers
at Our Lady’s Bread Bakery and
Industrial Centre within the
compound.
The two priests below and : The
burnt building
Frs. Onukwuba and Oguejiofor
confirmed to newsmen at the
scene that when they noticed
unusual movements within the
church compound, they scaled the
fence and jumped into
neighbouring compound in order
not to be burnt alive.
They also confirmed that the
attackers who they suspected to
be security operatives guarding
the compound, started their
operation in the early hours,
shooting sporadically in the air
and into the two-storey building
where the Reverend Fathers
reside.
According to them, when the
attack became too hot for them,
they escaped by jumping through
the fence into an adjacent
compound.
They further confirmed that
although there were some gun
shorts,Tuesday night, around the
area, the main attack came in the
early hours of yesterday.
Specifically, Fr. Onukwuba
disclosed that the Ogidi High
Court had earlier issued an order
that the blockages mounted by the
security officers inside the Our
Lady’s Industrial Centre to block
vehicular movements to the
priests’ residence be dismantled,
an order which he said did not go
down well with the security men.
Onukwuba further disclosed that
when the attackers could not get
him or the residenct priest, they
set the two-storey building ablaze
and also burnt the boy’s quarters.
The Parish priest, however, said
those arrested by the police were
just members of staff of Our
Lady’s Industrial Centre and
bakery as the security guards who
attacked them were on the run.
It would be recalled that the
proprietor of Our Lady’s Industrial
Centre, Mrs. Onuora, built the
church single handedly and
donated it to the church many
years ago. It was commissioned
by Cardinal Francis Arinze, the
then Archbishop of Onitsha.
But recently, one of her daughters
who was said to have left the
Catholic church and joined a
pentecostal church has been
itching to throw out the Catholic
faithful from the premises, to hand
it over to her new denomination.
The counsel to the church, C. J.
Asiegbu also told newsmen that
he was seriously suspecting the
security operatives in the
compound who are in the employ
of the land lady who he said was
in court with the church, prior to
the incident.
The Divisional Police Officer at
Ogidi, Mr. Yusuf Abdul who
confirmed the incident, said he
had deployed some policemen to
the church premises to effect
more arrests.

The local media alleged the actor
has been
involved in a fight at a café over
monetary
dealings. Reportedly he was
arrested by
Ghana police, but released shortly.
According to The Ghanaian Times,
Jim Iyke
was involved in a brawl at the
Crave Cafe at
Adjiringanor, East Legon in Accra,
on
December 17.
An eyewitness narrated that
people were
eating at the cafe at about 5 p.m.,
when a
stout gentleman in a black Range
Rover with
a Nigerian number plate parked by
the cafe.
Jim Iyke showed up about 20
minutes later,
driving his Sports Chevy with a
Nigerian
number plate.
The actor got engaged the man in
a heated
argument over $10,000 which
later turned
into a nasty brawl on the street.
The eyewitness further explained
that it
became difficult for those around
to
separate the two, and at a point,
Jim Iyke
wanted to get into his car to pull
out
something which was suspected
to be gun,
but he was prevented by those at
the cafe.
Two policemen, one in mufti and

conflict shortly, and apprehended
Jim Iyke,
took him away.
According to the Ghanaian Times,
the arrest

newsmen said,
the men he dispatched to the
scene after
receiving information found that
people
around were reluctant to  the
police in-
depth account of what actually
transpired

Bus Driver Kidnaps Big Girl, Raps Her For Straight 15 Hours

A big babe in Enugu State who
took a public bus to get to her
destination is now living in
regrets as she was, in the most
inhuman form, rapéd by
a popular commercial bus
driver in the city of Enugu. He
has been charged with rapé
after she was rescued from him
but the case has been
adjourned till February 26,
2014.
The rapist, Emeka Ugwudiobi
was said to have to violently
had intercourse with her at
gunpoint for 15 hours.
According to the prosecution
counsel, Mr Francis Ajagu, the
driver plies the New Market-
Gariki route and the victim was
one of his passengers on the
fateful day.
“On getting to Mayor Market,
he observed that it was only
the victim that was left inside
the bus...
“He drove the bus to an
uncompleted building beside
the Mayor Market and started
raping the victim,” Ajagu told
the court. He said the victim
was raped from 7 p.m. to 10
a.m. without break and that the
accused never heeded the
pleas of the victim to have pity
on her or to allow her rest.
Ajagu said it was a passerby,
one Mr Chidubem Ezeorah, who
ran into the scene and reported
the case to the police.
When the police got the scene
and rounded up Mr Emeka
Ugwudiobi, the lady was in
such a bad shape that she
could hardly stand on her feet
in the uncompleted building.
Funny enough, Chidubem
Ezeorah's counsel, one Peter
Obeta, described the rapist as a
responsible man who has a
wife and four children. He
claimed that the accused had
been into driving for the past 16
years and that nobody had ever
complained that he was a
rapist.
Peter Obeta said that there was
no way a bus driver would
carry a gun inside his bus and
the police would not notice and
denied that his client had ever
seen the victim he was accused
of raping.
But Justice Dorathy Agishi,
who adjourned the case to
February 26, 2014, for trial,
ordered the accused to be
remanded in prison custody.

ASUU, NASU, SSANU shut down UNN indefinitely, demand VC?s sack

Barely 24 hours after the
Academic Staff Union of
Universities, ASUU, called off its
5-month old strike, the
University of Nigeria Nsukka,
UNN, has been shut down
indefinitely by the workers.
At a heavy protest in the
University on Wednesday, all
the workers union demanded
the immediate sack of the Vice
Chancellor, Prof. Bartho Okolo.
Okolo is being accused of
corrupt practices and neglect of
due process in running the
affairs of the university.
Apart from accusing Okolo of
being a corrupt leader, the
workers demanded the
reinstatement of the Chairman
of the Governing Council, Prof
Emeka Enejere, who was on
Tuesday suspended on the
orders of the supervising
minister of education, Nyesom
Wike.
The workers made up of the
Academic Staff Union of
Universities, ASUU, the Non-
Academic Staff Union of
Universities, NASU, and the
National Association of
Academic Technologists, NAT,
chanted songs saying it was
the Vice Chancellor, Prof Bartho
Okolo, instead, who should be
sacked.
After marching for over six
hours, they dispersed,
promising to return for daily
demonstrations until the
Council Chairman was
reinstated and other ills of the
university which they alleged
originated from Prof Okolo were
corrected.
The members of the three trade
union groups, numbering over
1000, who carried placards
with various inscriptions such
as “Pro-chancellor must come
back”, “Enejere must come
back”, “Batho must go” were
led by the three leaders of the
unions, Comrade Dr. Ifeanyi
Abada, Comrade Godfrey Ugwu
and Comrade Onwu Anthony.
While briefing journalists at the
end of the rally, the workers
decried the leadership style of
the university under Prof Okolo
and called for his immediate
removal
“We have to reiterate that the
University of Nigeria under the
leadership of Prof Batho Okolo
is in ruins. The history of the
University today is the history
of maladministration, financial
impropriety and recklessness,
contract splitting and money
laundering”, the workers stated
at the Freedom Square of the
University.
The unions noted with dismay
the suspension of Dr Enejere by
the minister, even when he had
been discharging his functions
as council chairman effectively.
They accused Wike of shielding
and encouraging the corrupt
Vice Chancellor, even against
the basic principles of President
Goodluck Jonathan’s
transformation agenda.
“We challenge the supervising
minister of education and his
partner /adviser in chief and
collaborator Prof Okojie to
explain the following: Why he
hastily suspended a council
chairman without any form of
query?
“The justification for
suspending Dr Enejere without
reason?
“Why he is encouraging
corruption in the Universities?
“Why he is shielding and
encouraging corrupt vice
chancellors and tainted officers
in his ministry?
“Why he refused to react to the
compendium of corrupt
activities of the Vice Chancellor,
UNN, which were articulated by
the unions?”
They, therefore, demanded the
immediate reinstatement of the
pro-chancellor, vowing that
anything on the contrary,
activities on the campus will
remain paralyzed.
“In view of the foregoing, the
unions demand the immediate
and unconditional
reinstatement of Dr. Emeka
Enejere as the chairman UNN
Governing Council.
“We have had enough of this
impunity; we request Mr.
President to intervene and call
the minister to order”, they
said.
DailyPost gathered that until
the Pro-Chancellor’s
suspension, he had been in
running battle with the Vice-
Chancellor.
A source told our
correspondent that unlike the
former Pro-Chancellor, Enejere
had continued to insist that
due process must be followed
in all the dealings in the UNN.

UPDATE: Obasanjo Says APC Is The Best Thing For Nigeria

President Olusegun Obasanjo
on Saturday openly threw his
weight behind Nigeria's leading
opposition party the All
Progressives Congress, APC,
when the top national leaders
and governors of the party
visited him, in his residence in
Abeokuta, the Ogun State
capital.
APC leader, Bola Tinubu,
appealed to Obasanjo to join
them in the mission to rescue
Nigeria:
"You’ve come out of tribulation
and held the highest position in
this country. We are here
because of your courage.
Nobody can say he has
information more than you . You
have surmounted a number of
crises. Nigeria is divided more
than before; to realise stable
Nigeria, we want to encourage
you to continue to speak the
truth. We’re resolved and
determined to rescue Nigeria.
We want you as navigator."
The APC leaders and governors
at the meeting solicited
Obasanjo’s support in the
forthcoming elections.
Presenting the party chieftains
and governors to Obasanjo at
the opening of the meeting, Bisi
Akande said the APC is in
support of the former
president’s 18-page letter to
President Goodluck Jonathan.
The APC national leader,
Tinubu who alluded to
Obasanjo’s contribution to the
building of the Nigerian nation,
lamented that the country is
divided under President
Jonathan more than ever.
I hear Gen Muhammadu Buhari
was encouraged to work
closely with Obasanjo on all
issues.
Responding, Obasanjo
described himself as an
“incurable optimist” who is
committed to the good of
Nigeria. He vowed that nothing
would distract him from his
commitment to the Nigerian
nation.
The former president said, “I
am a card carrying member of
the PDP but the politics I play
traverses Nigeria, Africa and
world in that order. I am a
democrat and one of the
essential ingredients of
democracy is opposition. A
democracy that has no
opposition built into it is not
democracy.
“As an opposition, you are
enhancing democracy. You are
at home, you are welcome."
At the end of their meeting, one
of those present, Fani-Kayode
told Punch that, “The ex-
president told us that APC has
taken the first step in the right
direction towards making
Nigeria great. It was an
excellent meeting.”

How Student, 23, Was Kidnapped In Kogi, Found In Lagos A Week Later

John
Atabor
John Atabor, a 23-year-old,
300 level Civil
Engineering student of the
Federal
Polytechnic, Idah, Kogi
State, was
kidnapped on Tuesday,
November 19,
2013, and released by his
captors a week
later, on November 26.
In the afternoon of
November 19, Mr. Atabor
left his hostel, and, as he
walked down the
road within his campus, an
ash-coloured
Mercedes car with four
male passengers
suddenly pulled up beside
him and called his
attention. As there were
other students
nearby, Mr. Atabor obliged
them.
"That was all I could
remember," he recalls.
"Even before I got to the
campus gate, I was
not myself anymore. I
began to think that I
must have been
hypnotised."
Mr. Atabor also says that,
despite other
students' presence nearby,
he could not call
for help, and no one raised
the alarm.
"We drove out of the
campus' gate... and
that was how my journey to
Lagos began."
According to Mr. Atabor,
the four men took
him to Lagos, where they
locked him up in
an unknown building.
"I didn't know where I was,
and I was not
allowed to come out for any
reason."
One night, one of the
abductors came to his
cubicle and asked him if he
would still find
his way back.
"It was then that I realised
that I was still
alive and in this world,
because where I was
kept, it was difficult to hear
any sound.
Where I was kept, I was
only given water
and bread. Most times, I
would be asleep
and just wake up to see the
food there. I
never saw the person who
brought the
food. That still remains a
mystery," the
young man says.
The next morning, the same
man returned
to him and informed he
would be on his
way home before nightfall.
"He gave me the phone and
told me to call
anyone I wanted to come
pick me. The first
name that came to mind
was my father's,
and I called him. He wanted
to know where
I was and after asking the
people around, I
informed him that I was in
Alaba Suru in
Ojo, Lagos State," Atabor
says.
His father, Paul Garuba
Atabor, was ecstatic
to hear his son. When he
got the details, he
called his brother, a soldier
serving at the
Ojo Barracks.
"My brother went to Alaba
Suru armed and
eventually saw John Atabor
alive without
bruises. I give unequivocal
thanks to God for
His goodness," the father
says.
"When I got the news of my
son's ordeal, I
tried to think about
someone who I must
have offended, but I could
not remember
anyone. The only
alternative I came up with
was to give praise to God
and engage in
prayer sessions for as long
as the ordeal
lasted."
The elder Atabor recalled
that he made
several phone calls to
relations and friends
within and outside Kogi
State, letting them
know what had happened to
his son.
The thanks-giving service
organised in
honour of the returned
Atabor-junior was
well-attended. Joyous
worshippers
thronged to the church,
where they piled
into the pew of the Saint
Mary Immaculate
Catholic Cathedral Lokoja,
Kogi State and
joined the Atabors in
thanking God.
The father revealed that he
could not
estimate how much was
spent, but
remained ever grateful to
God for his
mercies.

Poor Woman Killed Baby Boy In Lagos Over Inability To Raise Him

A Lagos-based squatter,
petty trader named
Titilayo Odedele has been
charged for killing
her 2-year-old baby boy
over poverty.
She was charged with the
murder of her
own son at the Ebute- Meta
chief magistrate
court, in Lagos, western
Nigeria. Her plea
was not taken today.
The woman, a squatter in
one of the white
garment churches in
Ajagunro-Imota
Ikorodu in Ikorodu local
Government area of
Lagos state was alleged to
have killed her
two year-old son due to her
inability to raise
the boy alone.
The woman claimed she
had not seen the
father of the boy since his
birth. She was
caught by a herbalist while
she was
strangulating the boy in a
bush very close to
the church. The herbalist
was said to be
working on a farm. The
man arrested the
woman and raised an
alarm. The woman
was later handed over to
the police.
Odedele was thereafter
arraigned before
the court on a count charge
of murder
under section 221 of the
criminal code.

Nelson Mandela Died In June; Family Finally Admit

Nelson Mandela’s funeral
was planned a year ago.
The Nelson Mandela family
has finally admitted that
Nelson Mandela is dead by
announcing on December
5th (2013) that the former
leader of South Africa is no
longer with us.
The charade began in June
of 2013, and Guardian
Express has maintained
Mandela has been deceased
since we were informed of
his passing in June via one
of our reporters embedded
in South Africa. That
reporter had received a text
message from her close
friend who works for the
South African News which
stated that Mandela had
died the night prior.
Since June, The Guardian
Express has come under
attack; first from a “denial
of service” attack which
shut the site down on and
off for three days right after
we published the news that
Mandela had died. That
denial of service attack was
traced back to South Africa.
The Guardian Express was
also attacked by people
denying that the Nelson
Mandela family was
carrying on a charade.
However, we stood by and
continue to stand by our
account that Mandela was
declared permanently brain
dead with total organ failure
in June of 2013. Now,
today, the family has finally
decided to give up their
charade.
We sent an additional
reporter to South Africa who
returned with an audio
recording of two top
government officials
confirming the fact that
Mandela was totally brain
dead and was declared so
on June 11. However, his
family refused to turn off the
life support machines
hooked up to his body.
Thus, the family could keep
him artificially “alive.” Their
motive? To settle a huge
lawsuit against Mandela’s
estate.
It was revealed that
Mandela’s family was suing
him for control of his estate
and since it is impossible to
sue a dead person, it seems
Mandela had to be kept
“alive” with machines until a
resolution could be found for
the lawsuit. Thus far, there
is no word on whether that
lawsuit had been settled, but
there are already many
speculations in the press
that this announcement
today will begin the battles
over the Mandela estate
afresh.
The Mandela daughters and
granddaughters have shown
a good deal of greed when
it comes to Mandela’s
legacy. It has been reported
that their fighting over his
money got so bad that
Mandela “lost faith” in his
daughters and worried that
their concern over money
was overshadowing their
concern for family harmony.
The Mandela funeral was
planned a year in advance,
according to reports. The
funeral date is set for
December 14 and there is a
comprehensive schedule of
events leading up to that
date. The Mandela family
has finally given up their
charade which they have
been carrying on since June
and have admitted the
former South African leader
is dead. – The Guardian

How To Eliminate womanly Odor

It is normal and healthy for
you to have some womanly
odor. However, strong
womanly odor can be the
result of douching,
excessive washing, wearing
clothes that are too tight
and certain chemicals in
your soaps, among other
things. This strong odor
can be embarrassing. If you
personally feel that the
smell is too strong, here are
some tips on how to
eliminate womanly odor.
1- Identify any infections. If
you want to stop womanly
ordor in its tracks, you need
to figure out what's causing
it first. The most common
source of womanly odor is
an infection. This can range
from yeast infections, to
bacterial infections, to
STDs/STIs. The best
practice to make sure that
this is not the case is to go
to the doctor and have them
check you out. That said,
there are a few different
ways you can gauge if this
is your problem:
If you have a lot of chunky
white discharge, you
probably have a yeast
infection. Medicine for this
can be found easily at any
drugstore and many grocery
stores.
You might contract a
bacteria infection if you
don't practice proper toilet
etiquette. Do you wipe front
to back or back to front?
Wiping back to front
introduces bacteria into
your womanliness and can
cause infections.
If you think you might have
contracted an STD/STI, just
go to the doctor to get
tested. This is the kind of
thing you need to know for
sure, for your own safety
and that of those around
you.
2- Check for imbalances.
The womanliness is kind of
like a rich ecosystem.
Everything has to exist in
perfect balance, and that
balance can be really easily
upset. If you use soap,
antibacterial, take baths
that are too hot, go in pools
frequently, use scented
pads, use lotion too close
to your womanliness, don't
change your underwear
often enough or use
underwear of the wrong
material, or a large number
of other things, you can
cause your little ecosystem
to get totally out of whack.
Basically, avoid using those
things and just be very
careful about washing every
day with water (no soap!)
and wearing clean clothes.
3- Embrace your natural
odor. Lots of women don't
like the way that their
womanliness smells, but if
you ask their boyfriends
those guys will say they
love it! Don't underestimate
your natural odor. You
might associate it with
being unclean, but....do I
really have to tell you what
guys associate that smell
with? They don't want you
to smell like flowers down
there, they want you to
smell like...er....well...you.
If you've figured out that
your smell isn't caused by
an imbalance or an
infection and that it's really
just how YOU smell, you
should probably consider
coming to live with it and
embrace it.
4 - Consider that maybe it's
him! Certain intimate
practices can also cause
womanly odor, either from
his bacteria colonizing your
body or just the smell of
sex itself. Nevermind if
you're taking the intimate
practices outside of
Missionary 101. Consider if
this is the reason you smell
different and take whatever
measures you believe are
warranted.
Just going to put it out
there: putting it in your butt
and then putting it in your
womanliness is a TERRIBLE
idea. At least switch
condoms between these
activities.
5 - Check for foreign
objects. You know, it
happens: sometimes you
just forget you have a
tampon in there. Sometimes
the occasional condom (or
piece of) gets left behind.
These things can cause an
odor as your body tries to
get rid of the object. Check
for objects and get them
out!
Leaving tampons and padsno
on for too long can also
cause smells, even after
they've finally been
changed. Change them
frequently to avoid that.

WONDERFUL!! Check-out World Most Expensive Bra For N1.6 Billion!!!

After seeing this bra worth
$10 million – which is
protected by two
bodyguards, that sweaty
sports bra just won’t cut it.
Wednesday marked the big
reveal for Victoria’s Secret,
when the lingerie giant
unveiled its 2013 Fantasy
Bra as well as the Victoria’s
Secret model wearing it,
who will be Candice
Swanepoel.
Swanepoel, the 23-year-old
South African model, will
don the “Royal Fantasy
Bra,” worth $10 million, for
the 2013 holiday catalog as
well as the annual
Victoria’s Secret Fashion
Show, set to air Dec. 10.
"I’ve never worn anything
this pricey, and we have to
put gloves on when we put
it on," Swanepoel told
People. "It’s kind of a big
ordeal. The bra comes with
two bodyguards and we
have to handle it with a lot
of care!"
This year, the Fantasy Bra
and matching belt were
designed by jeweler
Mouawad. The ensemble is
adorned with more than
4,200 gems from around
the world including rubies,
diamonds and yellow
sapphires. The bra also is
hand-set in 18-carat gold
with a 52-carat ruby in the
center, according to a press
release.
Swanepoel also added that
the designer had to make a
mold of her body to craft
the bra.
This is Swanepoel’s first
time wearing the bra, which
has been worn by legendary
models like Tyra Banks,
Gisele Bundchen, Heidi
Klum, Miranda Kerr, Adriana
Lima and Claudia Schiffer.
Last year, Alessandra
Ambrosio donned the
million-dollar bra, which
was worth a fraction of this
year’s design, at $2.5
million. Still, though, this
year’s is not the most
expensive; The priciest bra
ever, the “Red Hot Fantasy
Bra,” was worn by
Bundchen in 2000 and cost
a whopping $15 million.
The bra, which is marketed
as the ultimate holiday gift
by Victoria’s Secret parent
company, Limited Brands
Inc., has never sold since
1996, when the concept
was first introduced,
according to the Wall Street
Journal. The 1996 Fantasy
bra was worn by Claudia
Schiffer and cost $1 million,
the cheapest one ever. It
emerged for the first time
on the runway during the
annual show in 2001, when
Heidi Klum wore the

12 arrested for setting Catholic church building ablaze (SEE PHOTO)

The Parish Priest of Our Lady of
Fatima Catholic Church, Nkpor in
Idemili North Local Government
Area of Anambra State, near
Onitsha, Rev. Fr. Martin Onukwuba
and another priest-in-residence,
Rev. Fr. Ben Oguejieofor,
yesterday, escaped death by
whiskers when some suspected
arsonists invaded the church
premises and set the priests’
house ablaze.
The incident, according to
sources, occurred while Fr.
Onukwuba was celebrating a
morning mass inside the main
church building, while Fr.
Oguejiofor was in the fathers’
house.
It was not yet clear, at press time,
who the arsonists were but the
police at Ogidi Division have
arrested no fewer than 12
suspects, including some workers
at Our Lady’s Bread Bakery and
Industrial Centre within the
compound.
The two priests below and : The
burnt building
Frs. Onukwuba and Oguejiofor
confirmed to newsmen at the
scene that when they noticed
unusual movements within the
church compound, they scaled the
fence and jumped into
neighbouring compound in order
not to be burnt alive.
They also confirmed that the
attackers who they suspected to
be security operatives guarding
the compound, started their
operation in the early hours,
shooting sporadically in the air
and into the two-storey building
where the Reverend Fathers
reside.
According to them, when the
attack became too hot for them,
they escaped by jumping through
the fence into an adjacent
compound.
They further confirmed that
although there were some gun
shorts,Tuesday night, around the
area, the main attack came in the
early hours of yesterday.
Specifically, Fr. Onukwuba
disclosed that the Ogidi High
Court had earlier issued an order
that the blockages mounted by the
security officers inside the Our
Lady’s Industrial Centre to block
vehicular movements to the
priests’ residence be dismantled,
an order which he said did not go
down well with the security men.
Onukwuba further disclosed that
when the attackers could not get
him or the residenct priest, they
set the two-storey building ablaze
and also burnt the boy’s quarters.
The Parish priest, however, said
those arrested by the police were
just members of staff of Our
Lady’s Industrial Centre and
bakery as the security guards who
attacked them were on the run.
It would be recalled that the
proprietor of Our Lady’s Industrial
Centre, Mrs. Onuora, built the
church single handedly and
donated it to the church many
years ago. It was commissioned
by Cardinal Francis Arinze, the
then Archbishop of Onitsha.
But recently, one of her daughters
who was said to have left the
Catholic church and joined a
pentecostal church has been
itching to throw out the Catholic
faithful from the premises, to hand
it over to her new denomination.
The counsel to the church, C. J.
Asiegbu also told newsmen that
he was seriously suspecting the
security operatives in the
compound who are in the employ
of the land lady who he said was
in court with the church, prior to
the incident.
The Divisional Police Officer at
Ogidi, Mr. Yusuf Abdul who
confirmed the incident, said he
had deployed some policemen to
the church premises to effect
more arrests.

Jim Iyke Arrested in Ghana After Fight over $10,000

The local media alleged the actor
has been
involved in a fight at a café over
monetary
dealings. Reportedly he was
arrested by
Ghana police, but released shortly.
According to The Ghanaian Times,
Jim Iyke
was involved in a brawl at the
Crave Cafe at
Adjiringanor, East Legon in Accra,
on
December 17.
An eyewitness narrated that
people were
eating at the cafe at about 5 p.m.,
when a
stout gentleman in a black Range
Rover with
a Nigerian number plate parked by
the cafe.
Jim Iyke showed up about 20
minutes later,
driving his Sports Chevy with a
Nigerian
number plate.
The actor got engaged the man in
a heated
argument over $10,000 which
later turned
into a nasty brawl on the street.
The eyewitness further explained
that it
became difficult for those around
to
separate the two, and at a point,
Jim Iyke
wanted to get into his car to pull
out
something which was suspected
to be gun,
but he was prevented by those at
the cafe.
Two policemen, one in mufti and
the other
in uniform, appeared at the scene
of the
conflict shortly, and apprehended
Jim Iyke,
took him away.
According to the Ghanaian Times,
the arrest
lasted about 20 minutes later. The
actor was
came back at the café quite
quickly, which
created the impression the case
had been
"settled" by the two policemen.
The Legon Police Commander in a
telephone
conversation with the local
newsmen said,
the men he dispatched to the
scene after
receiving information found that
people
around were reluctant to  the
police in-
depth account of what actually
transpired
and so they were unable to bring

Bus Driver Kidnaps Big Girl, Raps Her For Straight 15 Hours

A big babe in Enugu State who
took a public bus to get to her
destination is now living in
regrets as she was, in the most
inhuman form, rapéd by
a popular commercial bus
driver in the city of Enugu. He
has been charged with rapé
after she was rescued from him
but the case has been
adjourned till February 26,
2014.
The rapist, Emeka Ugwudiobi
was said to have to violently
had intercourse with her at
gunpoint for 15 hours.
According to the prosecution
counsel, Mr Francis Ajagu, the
driver plies the New Market-
Gariki route and the victim was
one of his passengers on the
fateful day.
“On getting to Mayor Market,
he observed that it was only
the victim that was left inside
the bus...
“He drove the bus to an
uncompleted building beside
the Mayor Market and started
raping the victim,” Ajagu told
the court. He said the victim
was raped from 7 p.m. to 10
a.m. without break and that the
accused never heeded the
pleas of the victim to have pity
on her or to allow her rest.
Ajagu said it was a passerby,
one Mr Chidubem Ezeorah, who
ran into the scene and reported
the case to the police.
When the police got the scene
and rounded up Mr Emeka
Ugwudiobi, the lady was in
such a bad shape that she
could hardly stand on her feet
in the uncompleted building.
Funny enough, Chidubem
Ezeorah's counsel, one Peter
Obeta, described the rapist as a
responsible man who has a
wife and four children. He
claimed that the accused had
been into driving for the past 16
years and that nobody had ever
complained that he was a
rapist.
Peter Obeta said that there was
no way a bus driver would
carry a gun inside his bus and
the police would not notice and
denied that his client had ever
seen the victim he was accused
of raping.
But Justice Dorathy Agishi,
who adjourned the case to
February 26, 2014, for trial,
ordered the accused to be
remanded in prison custody.

ASUU, NASU, SSANU shut down UNN indefinitely, demand VC?s sack

Barely 24 hours after the
Academic Staff Union of
Universities, ASUU, called off its
5-month old strike, the
University of Nigeria Nsukka,
UNN, has been shut down
indefinitely by the workers.
At a heavy protest in the
University on Wednesday, all
the workers union demanded
the immediate sack of the Vice
Chancellor, Prof. Bartho Okolo.
Okolo is being accused of
corrupt practices and neglect of
due process in running the
affairs of the university.
Apart from accusing Okolo of
being a corrupt leader, the
workers demanded the
reinstatement of the Chairman
of the Governing Council, Prof
Emeka Enejere, who was on
Tuesday suspended on the
orders of the supervising
minister of education, Nyesom
Wike.
The workers made up of the
Academic Staff Union of
Universities, ASUU, the Non-
Academic Staff Union of
Universities, NASU, and the
National Association of
Academic Technologists, NAT,
chanted songs saying it was
the Vice Chancellor, Prof Bartho
Okolo, instead, who should be
sacked.
After marching for over six
hours, they dispersed,
promising to return for daily
demonstrations until the
Council Chairman was
reinstated and other ills of the
university which they alleged
originated from Prof Okolo were
corrected.
The members of the three trade
union groups, numbering over
1000, who carried placards
with various inscriptions such
as “Pro-chancellor must come
back”, “Enejere must come
back”, “Batho must go” were
led by the three leaders of the
unions, Comrade Dr. Ifeanyi
Abada, Comrade Godfrey Ugwu
and Comrade Onwu Anthony.
While briefing journalists at the
end of the rally, the workers
decried the leadership style of
the university under Prof Okolo
and called for his immediate
removal
“We have to reiterate that the
University of Nigeria under the
leadership of Prof Batho Okolo
is in ruins. The history of the
University today is the history
of maladministration, financial
impropriety and recklessness,
contract splitting and money
laundering”, the workers stated
at the Freedom Square of the
University.
The unions noted with dismay
the suspension of Dr Enejere by
the minister, even when he had
been discharging his functions
as council chairman effectively.
They accused Wike of shielding
and encouraging the corrupt
Vice Chancellor, even against
the basic principles of President
Goodluck Jonathan’s
transformation agenda.
“We challenge the supervising
minister of education and his
partner /adviser in chief and
collaborator Prof Okojie to
explain the following: Why he
hastily suspended a council
chairman without any form of
query?
“The justification for
suspending Dr Enejere without
reason?
“Why he is encouraging
corruption in the Universities?
“Why he is shielding and
encouraging corrupt vice
chancellors and tainted officers
in his ministry?
“Why he refused to react to the
compendium of corrupt
activities of the Vice Chancellor,
UNN, which were articulated by
the unions?”
They, therefore, demanded the
immediate reinstatement of the
pro-chancellor, vowing that
anything on the contrary,
activities on the campus will
remain paralyzed.
“In view of the foregoing, the
unions demand the immediate
and unconditional
reinstatement of Dr. Emeka
Enejere as the chairman UNN
Governing Council.
“We have had enough of this
impunity; we request Mr.
President to intervene and call
the minister to order”, they
said.
DailyPost gathered that until
the Pro-Chancellor’s
suspension, he had been in
running battle with the Vice-
Chancellor.
A source told our
correspondent that unlike the
former Pro-Chancellor, Enejere
had continued to insist that
due process must be followed
in all the dealings in the UNN.
